Guild inviting problems

Hello,
We have problem with inviting new people into guild.
We upgraded guilds level to 2, everything was fine.
Couple hours later, we cant invite new people to the guild.
Guilds max members suddenly changed from 60 to 40.
Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Refreshing is not helping, and that happened to alot people from guild.

Having this issue right now in XILE on the Thor server... showing 48/40 and should be 48/60 really need to have this fixed ASAP we are in the middle of moving people around between guilds and need this fixed

We began having this issue on Blaze server, posted it in bugs - but so few reporting it may get lost.

The same here, over 9 people are waiting for invites

16 stuck, should have two open slots. But can't invite any of the waiting applicants. Its a pain lol

Issue for Bards on Hammer of Thor. We have a level 2 guildhouse, with an upgrade underway for level 3. We are unable to invite new players.

Here are the recent changes to the game:

• Level 1 Guilds may recruit a maximum of 30 players, Level 2 Guilds can have 40, Level 3 can have 50, etc. Guilds already past this limit will not be able to recruit any more players until the guild level increases or they drop below their current maximum. This should encourage more guilds to be created and help spread players out a bit more.
