Use them by clicking on world chat and then all.

Click on 'All' then the little button bottom left of the chat box, click on it and go to 'World'

Anyone else lose all their speakers when the new patch was implemented? I had somewhere between 7 and 10 and lost them all after the patch. Today I got one from an arena chest. Whoopee. Most of my guildies also lost their speakers. This made giving the usual thank yous and "good game" salutes after guild war to out other realm opponents impossible. Which lead to alot of hurt feelings, trash and smack talk in world by other guilds and realms, and accusations of my guildies being sore losers because they did acknowledge the game.
I DID submit a report after this happened, and here is the response I got:

Thank you for your feedback. We're working continuously to make the game mechanism much more balanced for all players and we're actively reading into your words and making note of suggestions offered to make this game more playable. Some changes may have some effects on certain players but all those changes are subjected to better enhance the majority's game experience.

And I am still scratching my head trying to figure out how having speakers taken away from almost an entire guild in one realm, and only one ream and guildl apparently, IMPROVES the game. The other guilds in my realm all had speakers to use for the usual post GW courtesies, as did the other realm guild involved in our GW. I have ONE speaker. And I have to decide to use it to recruit or say "Thank you and good game" after Guild Wars. Hrumph.

Thanks - I read this after my post and those banners should be banned as they irritate and block your view. Noe how do I spend those Cretan tokens?

also you can abandon Speakers instead of using them to talk in WC I do it in a daily basis abandoning those pesky things, and to use cretan tokens you click on the labyrinth and in the top right corner is a redeem button click on it and there is where you can use it
