Hack?

I have had equipment on 2 toons disappear. I reported it but cant figure out if this is a hack or what? Since this was sirius level equipment and level 120 this is a big deal. Any help out there?

reload, carefully check backpack and luggage, that no "inventory" overload and armor just burried. this has happened to me many times and yes was breaker on quitting. but always found the armor... look carefully before you delete anything... if in doubt, reload vice delete...
