The rates are good i think, being able to upgrade 2-3 gear parts each day is fine imo. I personally don't want to walk through this game in 1 month and then start over on a new server.

I would suggest making the first cretan labyrinth free of stamina tho. I personally never do this since 30/60 stamina is way too much in my opinion.

As for the rest i'd say its done pretty well.
