lost mounts

i`m windrider, i`m unsure what`s happened but i`m unable to find my horse,it`s very confusing because i have one; is there something i need to do to get her back, or am i going to need to get another one- if so how do i do that & how can i get on her & stay on her...help? i don`t know what to do & i do want my horse back.

At which part of the game are you at? If its the 1st part where you're completing the quests the horse you're given is temporary. You can purchase a permanent mount when you reach sergeant from the mount dealer for a hefty 2000k coins.

If you purchased it then click on the heroes tab, the mount link and then click ride.
