Same drops for different heroic boss is ridiculous

I have a question regarding Heroic bosses.....are they the same power lvl for all or are they ranged by player lvl....i ask because i see lower lvl players running around with almsot full sets gaurdian armor at 2mill power obviously obtained through heroic bosses....yet at 3mill power plus i still cannot even beat the first boss to get a gaurdian sword scroll......WTF this aint calculating right...yes ive tried many formations and dozens upon dozens of battles...no possible chance...how does that crap work?

If you are unable to beat atleast the 3 first Guardian bosses at 3mil you really need to check your formation/hero/rune choices i was beating the first one (sword/staff) from around 1.5m or before, now at a few k from 2m i am beating 3 of them and is getting pretty close to being able to down 4th if i just get a few lucky stuns.

You are presuming everyone has shayd I'm guessing.

As i said, if they can't they need to check their hero choises, and they should have Shayd by then even if they haven't won the card yet they should have more than enough spirits to buy it.

I understand your reasoning, but you forget one thing. Not everyone is P2W (Paying to win.) Spending money you will find is a bit easier to get what you want, sooner. However I THINK the point here is: Yes, there is a "Luck of the draw" turn to the game but, I think you are forgetting the level of comprehension of the player. That should be taken into thought as well. Most new players do not understand the mechanics of the game. Do they KNOW that they should have Shayde by a certain level, draw, time, whatever. Some do not know that the formation or runes plays a part in power, as far as type, and who has what. So one really cant say WHERE a player Has to/SHOULD be. How can i sit her and proclaim this? Because I one of the said new players, learning by reading, and asking questions from guild mates, and now forums

Great idea about checking profiles, that is exactly what I do! Gives me insight, especially when "weird" things happen. Thats when I learn most, because w/the little knowledge I do have tells me that XXX shouldn't happen, so I go looking for why it DID happen. Still lots I have to learn before I can understand Tynon. Being able to sneak in an read up and trail/error will help me get there. Thank you for the insight you gave me here today, at least now I know I am semi on the right track!
