Guild Warfare

Hello,

Iam a new player, just started 3 days ago on server8.
I know how does guild warfare work, but iam not sure about participants.
Is this guild warfare between realms, or within one realm?

It's warfare between guilds in each realm. Whether it becomes cross realm I'm not sure (I'm sure one of our excellent game researchers will clarify that) but basically the aim is to capture as many cities as you can for the buffs they offer.

Basically the host or VHs put a bid on a city to capture it. The highest bid wins the right to fight for it. Each city starts off as a NPC but once captured, guilds will fight each other to claim it. The actual guild warfare takes place at around 8-9pm server time. The defending guild group together and keep the attacking guild making it through each garrison.

That's the basic overview, I'm still very new to this as I totally missed guild warfare during beta. I don't function well at 4am.
