WTF cheat game!

Wish we all could get what we want. I just finished trying for Runes and got 18 "Rot" types in a row. Just bad Luck on my part. I am 65 yrs old and have been gaming since they first started online and I will tell you the gaming industry has changed. Each new game I test for Bethesda (I Alpha Test for them) shows the odds of winning higher end items has diminished. That's the way the industry has developed. It wants/needs more money and will do what it can to get it. I have made a few issues known to Support and have not received an answer. So be it. I have lost gems several times in this game (that has the worst odds of getting high lvl items) and reported it with no response from the site. So all I can say is we all know this is an online game with no guarantees, bugs that might cost you, gambling real money on something you can't take with you when you leave the game and it will have cheaters/hackers like every game online has. All I can do about all that is play till I've had enough and move on to the next new game that comes out. If you get to serious about gaming, like getting upset over the name someone uses on the Guild, then it's time you went and got some serious outside help. THESE ARE GAMES!!!!!! They come with all that everyone complains about and what is sad is...you know it before you start playing and you still play then cry about it...GET A LIFE

Yup, life sucks in online gaming. Happily, I can always fire up my old C-64 and play BardsTale and Ultima, LOL II have complete sets of each)

Same thing has been happening with me in one opportunity I had 4 heroes and 1 (ONE) soldier and when I shuffled it guess what? I got the soldier! SInce then all I get are soldiers ALL the time. no matter what I do it is always soldiers.. I think the tavern is rigged

Here's about the runes....yes it has happened to me over and over again. Same as you, and especially recently, when in temple it disconnects every time. I did charge backs. I know people say its a game, but when you do not get what you pay for, actually losing more i.e. lost gems, runes, power and even have seen people lose a hero they spent many many credits on it is time to move on and give time and money to a better game that will appreciate your interest and money, imo. I agree they can, should and better fix more issues or more people will stop playing and even more charge backs will occur. I know of a whole guild that quit, due to incompetency of the servers.
It's not a fun game anymore when it does not work effectively for entertainment or when it lags out or disconnects on the only times you have to play it.

I agree with you Meadow. Whether it is a game or not YOU PAID MONEY FOR THE GEMS and you should not lose it like that otherwise it is a scam and as such it should be reported if you get NO ANSWER from the game owners. The customer service here SUCKS... And I and you and everybody has the right to complain about getting robbed away by the constant failures of this c=game where I am not sure if they are bugs or they are done intentionally. People seem to be getting robbed by the game and the owners are aware of it and o NOTHING about it.

@ Old48 I am sorry but when you pay for a product or service the LEAST you should get is that. By law that is the way it is otherwise it is a scam and it is illegal. because they would be stealing money from you!

I also get that disconnection problem every time I play the runes temple and I lose gems/coins/runes.
