Well i would like to know why when i was locked out for a day when it crashed i lost my chance for craft chest and also my lvl 45 promo rewards.i was 1 day late on making it.but my BG tab went away after i beat day 7 monster but i didn't claim it because i had a day or so left on lvl 45..feel like i got shafted....... ING Ms.Nasty.......VIP4 sad i did it now..

considering some guilds like to play a dishonorable game and have lower members attack you during cerb/baal so you can't make top 3 and their guild can, I would like to see players completely removed from these events. Only to make it fair to all.

Also, we should not be allowed to attack someone in the Heroic Realm.

I would also like for it not to send you into a revenge battle, but just notify you that you were revenged. Most of the time a revenge occurs in the middle of a boss battle and then when you lose it sends you back to spirit!

These new updates (especially the pirates no heal feature) are great and I like where this is going so far. Keep up the good work!

just spend a gem and put your shield up so you can't be attacked.

What a nice patch! the day 5 changes doesnt work at all...it say kill the Horseman i killed him 3 times prior to day 5 being enabled, and killed it again today once it was available for begginer day 5 completion and guess what? like everyone else i got jack ****....what about you actually run the game client on a second server and test the patch (only 2-3 employees for like 2 hours would do) how far are you going to just milk that old product you bought at huge discount?

You need to kill the horseman in the QUEST not in HEROIC realm.
There is a quest that you get to kill him, not the heroic realm bosses. Have you already killed him in the quest?

Boroeast, the only posts on these forums (as far as I could find) telling us it's not about the Heroic Realm's Horseman but the one in the quest, are this one and the one in the thread "I don't get beginner reward on day 5th after defeat horseman" on Bug Reports forum, also a post by you.

Dawnseeker, can you confirm this? And if this is true, edit your topic start post?

Doesn't really matter which one this is supposed to be, beating either of the Horseman does not work. Also if you look at bug reports the one entitled "Day 5 beginner award available?" the person in question got a chest guard made it after you made this post and it worked so obviously doing either Horseman will not work. Would be really nice if this gets fixed. I have found one post after another about this on here so obviously quite a few players are having the issue. And after looking further at the posts before mine I notice that 8 posts before your post and almost 2 days before, carchero mentions that text only has changed in server 8 and it still takes a crafting of chest guard. I think it would be safe to say that if one server is having the issue they all are. Also would like to know how any of us are supposed to believe that anyone who can fix this is paying attention with that show( and all the others to be honest) that you are not reading the posts. I find a blatant disregard for this issue and others not being addressed in a better manner very sad considering there are people in game that have spent quite a bit of their own money on something that obviously is not important to the people who should be seeing to it. Also in regards to the differing post by you and Dawnseeker on where to get the reward, it just is another showing of you not reading posts and sadly in the same thread.

EDIT: I think Tynon are aware there is a problem with Day 5 quest completion. There gave been a lot of players beating The Horseman before the quest expiry and NOT being able to claim their rewards.

Hmm, this is very odd. I defeated my quest horseman and that's when it unlocked for me, when server started :/
I'm sorry, maybe I'm wrong, or it was a misunderstanding. I will make a report about this.

I defeated (on server 7 "Bow of Athena"):

• The Horseman (Elite) in the Heroic Realm (today and earlier)
• Horseman Captain in the level 32 quest "Sneaked into the curse of the castle" (last week)

But apparently the requirements are not met.
I heard reports of people completing Day 5 (in the last 24 hours) by crafting the Hope Bringer's Chestguard though... [edit: see for example this topic]
