Glitch in beginning Missions with upgrade power

I am on Blaze of Fire Dragon, UID 301588 and my character is stuck in Rescue Maria at lvl 5 and it seems that the power levels did not upgrade from lvl 3 to lvl 5. This issue needs to be fixed asap as I have invested a few dollars in that account. Thanks for your time,

Try refreshing and/or clearing your cache.

The best browser for this game is Chrome, but that of course is choice.

I am not an idiot.. I don't want stupid replies of refresh, try a different browser, or other adolescent replies. This forum was set up for us to bring OUR game problems here to get them resolved. There is NOTHING in my original post that would warrant a simple reply of refresh... This is a glitch in the programming code that does the upgrades in the beginning mission. FIX or I am forced to do a charge back on my VIP5 account and walk away.

I have been more than patient with this issue and am growing tired of the lack of technical support that this game ACTUALLY has...

We TRY to help members by providing maybe simple solutions, but sometimes they don't work (In your case).
