As part of Google Chrome you can use a built in tool called "Developer Tools" (Chrome options button, More tools, Developer Tools. This reports any errors in a web page and reports what and where the error is happening. The error shown in the above screen shot shows that the log on script is looking for a file at the listed URL/Web Address, (http://ucimg.co/DsFantasy11462.swf). The web address or web site is http://ucimg.co and the file the script is asking for is DsFantasy11462.swf which I am assuming is the "Main" file mentioned on the logon screen (middle of the page). Since the file needed is located on a website/server controlled by Ucool we cannot "fix" the problem. It IS NOT A PROBLEM WITH YOUR COMPUTER. I say this as I have tried 7 different computers, Windows 7 & Windows 10, IE11, Blackhawk, Midori, Chrome, and IE11 without Chrome on a new Win 7 and Win10 load. Unless Ucool can/will restore - recover - recreate the missing files, We are done. That is the bottom line as far as my testing has determined.
