    Can't get it to work

    Hey there,

No matter what browser I dl, or use, I cannot get it to go past the log in screen to get to the game. It had been a few years since the last time I played, just don't know what to do. Would like to get back to playing it again but nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated. Yes all browsers, have Adobe activated on it.Tynon Error.jpg

    Thanks.

it appears that the browsers have stopped supporting flash. As the browsers i use update, i can no longer get into the game. It is not a particular browser - i can get on the game on chrome on my laptop, as the browser has not yet updated, but not on my desktop, where it has already updated. I am not a computer guy, but my attempts to load an older version of a browser have failed so far.

On Firefox, you have to click an icon inside the address bar to allow flash to run for that address. Each time Firefox is restarted, you have to do this. It will not remember your previous permission.

I tried it on Firefox, and same results. Guess I am not going to be playing this ever again. Thanks for the help though.

A file on the tynon server is missing (http://ucimg.co/DsFantasy11462.swf)
Unless "Ucool" restores the file, it is not going to let you log on.
I have one use who is still logged on at server 9 along with one other player, the rest have been tossed.
See error is developer tools from chrome screen shot

Ok that's great but tells me nothing. I am not a programmer. I just fix computers. So if you know how to get it running, I would need step by step instructions. Thanks.

As part of Google Chrome you can use a built in tool called "Developer Tools" (Chrome options button, More tools, Developer Tools. This reports any errors in a web page and reports what and where the error is happening. The error shown in the above screen shot shows that the log on script is looking for a file at the listed URL/Web Address, (http://ucimg.co/DsFantasy11462.swf). The web address or web site is http://ucimg.co and the file the script is asking for is DsFantasy11462.swf which I am assuming is the "Main" file mentioned on the logon screen (middle of the page). Since the file needed is located on a website/server controlled by Ucool we cannot "fix" the problem. It IS NOT A PROBLEM WITH YOUR COMPUTER. I say this as I have tried 7 different computers, Windows 7 & Windows 10, IE11, Blackhawk, Midori, Chrome, and IE11 without Chrome on a new Win 7 and Win10 load. Unless Ucool can/will restore - recover - recreate the missing files, We are done. That is the bottom line as far as my testing has determined.

I'm not having any problems logging in on Wrath of Odin (server 1) on Firefox.
