Anyone had missing rep/exp/runes/cards refunded?

Hi,

Trying not to be too negative or sarcastic cos this thread will be closed, but, has anyone ever had any missing rep/exp/runes/cards refunded since the start of the 'LIVE' service?

ie. due to time roll-back, lockups etc

Just interested if this is being addressed

Just a thought - shouldn't notice (dates/times) of Patches/Upgrades/Roll-backs be posted so that the community and players can be forewarned?

(There is no mention of the recent time-changes in the Tynon News or Patch Notes Threads)

Can Tynon Techies produce a regular list of updates (in priority order) on what major issues are being worked on?

I'm sure this would go a long way to letting peeps here knowing that their issues are being listened to and are in the process of being worked on and resolved.

Can you please not make several threads at the same time and instead make one thread, discussing several issues at once in one single thread, it will make it easier for you to follow up, and for members to discuss is one one thread.
