Thread: tech support? really?

    Cool tech support? really?

    Hi! I want to report that yesterday around 5:15 server time, wrath of odin, that is, I was playing in the rune temple and just when I hit the the Legendary rune keeper and clik it, I got disconnected ( not the 1st time this happens btw). But this time I saw the rune and it was the "Infalability" and guess what? you got it! when I logged back the rune is nowhere to be seen!
    Now I see you guys are facing lots of problems still, maybe went live a bit too early, but I do want this rune back, I think I've spent enough coins in there to deserve it and knowing that I actually got it is very frustrating.

    Now from what I'm reading in all forums, nobody is getting any feedbacks or some sort, all servers are facing multiple issues, some peeps have paid real money to play this game, but Tynon inc. is just ignoring the issues, sounds like a bunch of crooks to me!

    You think there's not enough infos in my posting Boroeast? Not constructive enough? How can it be? Do you find the entire Tynon team constructive to your liking? They seems like invisible to me! Nobody ever gets any feedbacks from them, be it tech support ( wich is a real farce, btw). bugs report ( they must be really busy in there! lmao!) or whatever other forums they may put in here, they only server the community of players who are still hoping for some honesty here!

    with all due respect Boroeast, you are here as a forum moderator not as a collaborator of the crooked system put in place by Tynon team!

    With all respect jupiter999, you are here as a forum member, and therefore you will follow forum rules and obey them if not, you'll be infracted at a staff member's discretion, and yes, I do find Tynon team constructive to my liking, very actually. I'm very pleased with what they're doing with the game,slow but getting there.

    you welcome all feed back but you do nothing about it or if you do you don't respond to ppl you just take weeks to fix it and then penalize players by not giving them beginner rewards because of your difficulties they couldn't finish and you set assistant up to where most cant accomplish it but 2 maybe 3 times a week with requiring sail which cant do til lvl 30 claim guild cant do with out contributions cant get enough cause cant get the assistant done, guild wars cant do if can't claim oh yea and guild has to be lvl 3 lol it seems like the longer tynon is here the more impossible they are trying to make it for ppl to accomplish tasks and that wont keep ppl playing or bring in new ppl after a time it will back fire on you. poor customer service in any form is a business killer. And whne you don't want a thread seen you move or delete it.
