    9 star

    I just upgraded to 9 star, then closed my profile; went back to it and it said I was 7 star. refreshed; still says im 7 star........... what???????????????????????????????? really not happy right now. also to whomever is reviewing this case I'm not mad at you, I know it's not your fault.. I'm just venting, this is crazy.

    like are you kidding me??? DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA, how many gems I spent to get that????? WTF

    I am beyond cheesed off.

    I then proceeded to lose my remaining 2.3k gems trying to get it back because I am impatient. This needs to be resolved. what the hell.

    The best course I can suggest is go to www.tynon.com and click billing support.

    I hope they can sort your problem out for you.
