Caribbean Cheat?

Beta Server:

Just watched player name removed take down a boat. Then, without ever appearing on a dock, took down another boat.

A) Did she hand off her Map Piece (would that be legal)?
B) Does a VIP Rank allow for multiple Map Pieces at a time?
C) Is she cheating? (If so, will anything be done about it?)

Would very much like to know what is going on here.

We can't discuss whether players cheat on the forums. All I suggest is you report players to CS and let Tynon investigate the matter.
