I'm a private in Tynon and I have 188 Rep points or whatever. How do I rank up?

Beside your avatar portrait there's a little yellow button. Click on that it will show your current rank and the requisites for the next one. Off the top of my head to be promoted to corporal you require 500 reputation.

To gain rep, hit other players in the wild or arena and play events like Cerberus and Baal.
