Heaven Tavern did not block my ability to Claim Card for already recruited Hero. I had previously recruited Fallen Angel: Alexa during normal Heaven Tavern transactions. Subsequently, I found that I had 500+ Spirit sufficient to Claim Card on Alexa. Heaven Tavern took my Spirit but did not provide a second Alexa card.

Heaven Tavern did not block my ability to Claim Card for already recruited Hero, Spirit has been permanently lost.
