Heroic Bosses affected by Rune changes unfair
When the changes to the runes, ie uping the max lvl happened, some undesirable consequences appeared in the Heroic Boss battles. I have noted that the Bosses have gotten 30-40% stronger due to the rune changes. Instead of leaving the value of existing runes and just increasing the lvl cap, the lvls have been stretched. What was once a lvl 10 rune now is back to the value and strength of a lvl 7 or 8 rune on the heros, where as the Bosses have been increased to max. I am presently trying to defeat Mud Giant Elite, and before the changes, was able to nearly beat him with 17mil power, now with 21mil power am barely making 50% damage, nor can I defeat Minster Lacivius any longer, and that boss was easily defeated before. I have watched the first 3 battles for this boss and have noted that his power has risen from 56mil to 72mil since the change. This change was not well executed in my opinion. It is fine to raise the lvl cap, but not in the way it was done. Might want to re-think this one.
