Battles stopping and VIP items unattainable

Hey there, Stiles reporting in

2- What server:
Arena, Cretan Labyrinth and VIP 4 rewards

3- Platform:
HP Pavillion

4- Operating system:
Windows 7

5- Description:
Battles played to the last bit of energy suddenly stops. VIP 4 Gems received but nothing else.

6- Summary:
During battles with other players and Crytan Labyrinth, once the energy bar lowers until there's just a little left on either myself or opponent, the figures stand there until game must be switched off.
VIP 4 items just have not shown up even when the game is refreshed.

7- Upload a file:
Sorry, I don't have any file to help you out. Would prefer the VIP issue resolved

I also cant claim vip5 rewards and another person cant claim vip6 rewards


I think we screwed as so many ppl are filing tickets over nothing

I fear helpspot is flooded and drowned everyone there

I also cannot claim VIP rewards and the last two times I did Cretans Lab today I got to first boss ...... got message ... failed to sync..refresh your browser ---- so i did so and both times it booted me... no rewards and not able to go back in and resume. !!!
