Initial Morale / Kept Morale as per equipment set

Correct. The morale kept percentage goes up 10% for each equipment set level.

My point is that now I am starting with 140% and should have more then 35% after first skill attack is performed. But I am only keeping 35%. Should be 35% of 140 and not 35% of 100.

It's not 35%. It's 35. The number 35. It will never change.

Use of the skill attack uses ALL of the Morale (check out monsters next time, no morale left even when bar is red ie 200+ morale). Wearing all 6 pieces of Hope Bringers set lets you retain 35 Morale not 35%. I thought it was 35% at first then I looked at what it really said and that is "Retain 35 Morale after skill attacks". I personally do not want the monsters to be able to fire of skill after skill attack, though I see an advantage for me being able to do so . Best suggestion find another hero with the same skill and stagger their initial Morale.

I just don't understand why would a morale higher than 100 would be existent then. Does it improve the skill attack? I don't think so.

anyone know 1 hit get how many morale. My hero with 3 hit and full morale. So each hit will be 33 morale right?

For the same reason that non Mages can get Magic Attack bonus when being sanctified. Bad game design.
