[BUG REPORT] Guild Member Kicked When Host Reloads After Guild Level Up CD

Description: As host of guild ALPHA I was in game when the Guild Level 2 CD expired. Not even 2 hours after it elapsed I made my first gem purchase and was changed to VIP1 as expected. Only a couple minutes after this one of the guild members named clare logged in and we chatted a bit and I was looking at the My Guild window and noticed that it still said Guild Level 1 and also noted that we were at 14/30 members. I reloaded by leaving full screen mode and clicking the refresh page button then the Reload this page button on the expected dialog. When I returned to the game I got a private message from clare asking if I knew why the game reloaded for her and told her she was kicked from the guild when she got back in. Since she's on CD from the kick I can't add her back to the guild until the CD is up. Possibly important in this is that the My Guild window was open when I performed the reload. Also important to note is that the My Guild window still indicates the same number of members, i.e. it says Guild level 2 as expected but 14/40 members.

Summary: The Host reloading their Tynon session with the My Guild window open after Guild Level CD expiry and Gem purchase caused an online guild member to reload and be kicked from the guild.

Comment/Plea: Please correct this situation if you can do so directly. It's quite unfair to the player after having just turned in contributions and now unable to make guild claim that they're entitled to. Besides, we want clare back in our guild ASAP! Thanks!

Additional Info: There's another possibly important observation here that could be relevant. I had also approved the application of another member Isabel before the guild level 2 CD had passed and I see now that this member too is also now not showing on our roster.
