3x today I hit a Lv4 Rune from the Master Keeper and lost sync. Didn't get my coins back and, upon return, was still sitting on Master Keeper. But, each time, he gave me Lv2 Runes, instead. This is just not right. One Adept, One Advantage and something else (disconnected before I could see what it was)... gone. Plus, the coins... gone.

Why do you take the coins before you award the Rune?

And, can't you fix that so we don't lose sync so often in the Rune Temple? It's seems to be the most egregious culprit of all the aspects of the game.
