ive been stuck at 296 spirits even though i keep getting purple and gold heros popping up. it used to give me some, but it stop doing in that update that changed it to give us more. instead of more, i get none. yes i get heros that i dont have and i do have popping up, but i still get 0 spirits.
is this a bug? if so i would like to know before tuesday before i waste 8+ mill on it and get 0 spirits. if its not a bug, wtf is going on.

why would i report to BILLING support, i havnt bought anything (and i wont). that support is for billing. not general support, support, game support. its billing support.
now if that is for general support, why would you name it billing support.
