Does Skill Attack Rune help Calvin?

Since Calvin's skill is an all or nothing proposition, does a Skill Attack rune help him at all?

if has uses a skill attack then yes it will more powerful then it would with out it..in other words if has a moral bar then it will help him

But his skill is to drain the opponents Morale to 0. There is no actual damage done so how would a skill attack rune help him with that? That is why I am asking. His skill is special.
