I just starred up a hero (Cianna) it flashed gold, said power up, and then lowered my power by about 12000. Can you help, or explain?

It sounds like a bug. If refreshing hasn't solved the problem, your best bet is to contact Customer Service via billing support. Find them on the Tynon homepage clicking billing support or use the link in my sig.
