I buffed to vip6 today and got all of my stuff included in VIP6 package, except my leopard. He is not in my mounts and did not ever make it to my account. Wanting my LEOPARD!!!! And there is no way to make an incident report at all like in Evony

You could go ahead and make a report here buddy, it will take a while before they answer, but it will be fixed.

P.S. I've alerted the devs in case the mount part of it is just broken.
I upgraded to VIP6 today and my mount is missing. It cost a lot of money to get to VIP6 I would like to have the mount I paid for as well. Hope you all will help with this problem.
So yesterday I posted I did not get me VIP6 mount and this morning it was there. Thanks guys for fixing this for me. Good job.
