Missing Saffron Card and 1 Rune Fragment!!

Hey guys, today I decided to buy 1 credit and 1 gold chest to play the lotto's, which I have zero luck at lol. I spent 3mil credits in tavern and won a saffron card, i claimed it and it showed in realm chat that i won, but it did not loot to my bag! so then Went to rune and spent 2 mil gold and go nothing but a fragment which did not loot either! Can you please look into this and return my items? Thanks

2 Mil gold

You need to submit a ticket to billing support from the main Tynon,com page. That is the only way to bring this to their attention and hopefully have it resolved as quickly as possible. Good luck and I hope this gets worked out for you quickly.
