    Balancing out Pirates event

So, I've noticed that the Pirates event caters to the high-powered, much like a lot in this game. You might think, "oh, well, it's motivation to become more powerful". True, but then the people above you will also be becoming more powerful, so many of us in the lower slots don't have a shot at all unless they stop playing.
The Pirates event is a glaring example of that, especially since it is server-wide, and not just realm-wide, which means that anyone who is not top tier pretty much has no chance of completing a sail. You'd think, since a "successful" sail is a requirement in the assistant's list, and not just a sail, that it would be a bit more fair. So, I suggest one of 2 options to give everyone more of a chance to complete it. Option 1) Make it realm-based and not server-based. Less people watching means more chances.
Option 2) The only way a boat can be attacked once it has sailed is if the attacker is also on a boat. Once people board a boat, add a 30 second to 1 min. timer, the "preparing to sail", and at that time, people not on boats can attack. Once you sail, another boat can sink you. It makes sense, for how can someone not on a boat attack someone on a boat in the middle of the water?

ENOUGH. I am sick and tired of whiners trying to dumb down this game. This used to be a pvp game and now is nothing more than a glorified farmville. Most guilds outlaw attacking your own members in the arena so that is taken away. The wild used to be unlimited at 10 levels and was moved to 5 and then 3 and then down to 10 attacks/revenges per day. There is literally nothing to do for 90% of the day except sit there. After that in pirates they gave half rewards for sailing and then the other half for completion but you almost never get the first half rewards unless your pirates is open and you catch it in the first few seconds. If you don't like being pvped in a pvp game then I suggest you go to cityville or farmville and plant some corn or something. Just stop whining.

First off, my suggestions aren't "dumbing down". Dumbing down would have been if I had said, "get rid of the rune system, it's too hard for me to figure out, durrrrrr." All I'm SUGGESTING, not "whining about", as you so eloquently put it, is either making the event a bit more fair or taking it off of the assistant's list as it sits. And I have nothing against pvp, but when a 55 like me gets pummeled by lvl 75+ with over 5mil power, then there's no point in anyone of my level even trying the event.

What you have suggested has been suggested many many times already.

see this is great! giving ideas to make the tynon group consider instead of making the same old 6 servers every week.
