The course of action is to start a ticket with Customer Support.
Find them at the Tynon homepage>click billing support or you are welcome to use the link in my sig. If anythings amiss they'll look in to it for you.
Forum Moderators are volunteers and are unable to fix in game problems
They will do nothing about it at all!,I had won a Guardian Chest Guard,I went and did all the grinding to get the bits require to craft it, after I crafted it, I then equipped Calvin with the Guardian Chest Guard, and opened up the extra slot, gave him a lv3 Topaz Gem too, then the game goes out of sync, and had to refresh my game, to find that Calvin's Guardian Chest Guard, that I had just given him, was now missing from my game nothing all gone! the scroll/items collected/and my lv3Topaz Gem!
I reported this and all I got was a response that said they would look into and pass the issue on and report the bug for me, and I have heard nothing from them since
that was 2 weeks ago
Dawnseeker Well it's nice to see that you do read/ respond to some of our moans and groans.Please open a new ticket explaining that an item was lost and you need it replaced. Assuming that is what happened, they'll get you fixed up.
But I do not like your tone or your implications that I have :-Assuming that is what happened

2, fabricated the whole thing up.
I am an honest player, like a lot of other players in the game, I pay to play your game, and i'm a VIP6 and prob much closer to being a VIP7
just coz you might have some less than saintly peeps does not give you the right to think we are all the same!
I have the Access key code, and no one has even responded to my complaint, nothing at all from the team! I am constantly checking to see if they do or not now you are saying that I should submit another ticket
ofc I want what I have paid for wouldn't you! I spend hours playing the game and I don't need to be ripped of because of a bug / glitch whatever you want to call them,... after all Dawnseeker, it was not to long ago that you said in the forums, tech you could say that we put all the bug's into the game,
its not my fault that your game looses sync then I have to refresh my game
so the bottom line is yes I want my piece of Guardian Chest Guard back, I want what I spent hour's trying to get and the item's that I got to craft the Guardian Chest Guard,
