Angry Chip and weapon swap and power loss

I am playing Light of RA and am having a problem..

Ok, this has happened a few times, there are a few examples.

1, just happened, exchanged a couple small chips level 3 melded them and boosted to a level 4 put in another level 4. I went from 5 780 000 down to 4 543 678.
2, a few weeks ago i up graded a weapon from hope bringer to a champion was at 5 700 000 and went down to 5 200 000
    3, about a month ago i was at 5,500 000 and went down to 4 600 000

So who do I contact to fix this, I have put some good money into this game not as much as some but i work damn hard for my money only to see the results of my hard earned money go to waist. Now I have no chance getting through the quest I am on, as my power is that of 2 quests ago. This is a rip off and needs to be addressed.
This really sucks and this really needs to be fixed as I have my son on this game also and we just want to enjoy what we pay for.

Please someone from Tynon respond and let me know what will be done to fix this.

The rankings page records the highest ever power you have achieved, it doesn't change if your power goes down. Your reading on the rankings is 5 673 391.
-So for a start you've never had a power of 5 780 000, or it would be listed.
    -Your actual power at the moment I can see as 5 666 940. Not 4 543 678.

Within normal variations when you consider changing runes/weapons/heroes around.
Sometimes you need to refresh the game when you make changes, as your power updates when you take things off but not always when you put things back on.

Thank you for your response Kruize, But just before I posted this I had 5 780 000 (it was a bit more but I do not remember the rest of the numbers) I was just so happy when I busted the 5 750 000 mark then I went down to 4 543 678 after i placed my last gem and the system forced a reload. yes right now my power is 5 666 940 after I removed all my hero's and placed them back and still I am not at even the same power I was before I placed the bigger chip which means i am still missing power. So looking at it all in total I lost 2 636 322 power over the last few power drops. I hear what you are saying, but you were not sitting here and seeing the numbers. Maybe the server flopped out and lost it, or some gremlin in the system bugged it out.
I was at 5 780 000 I lost the power and I was not even put to the same power levels.. So thank you very much for checking but I am telling you, THEY ARE WRONG in what you are reading.

Power level is just an approximation of your actual strength. It going up and down actually changes nothing in the gameplay. Just so you know.
Nothing is weighted equally which is why i have no problem taking down a 68mil power boss at my 22mil level. But another boss at 45mil is impossible for me to kill. Its all just approximate values to try give you an indication of whats going on.

If everything you have upgraded is still there, then your getting stronger regardless of what the power level says. (missing chips and runes would be a case to worry about)

Your power can change when you upgrade gear if your set rewards are lost.

The best way to find what your current power truly is, is to fight something (in the arena, heroic realm, quests, grinding, pvp).

In the upper left hand of the battle screen, right below your name, your true power will be listed there.

Upgrading gear will never change the lower set rewards that you have.

hmmmmm I have seen power drop after upgrading, I attributed it to losing set bonus because my set bonus has gone grey after.... I will monitor.

There are bugs in the power that is displayed. Some times it displays more that what you have and some times less but this does not affect combat. A refresh usually fixed the display to your actual power, but not always. Other thinks that forces a power recalculation and correction of the number are taking runes off and then back on, taking heroes out of the formation and then butting them back on and taking equipment off a hero and putting it back on.

If you are in the top 50 in the arena, I have found that the power stated there is usually accurate, and as Herby said, fight something and see what the power is during the fight. That is always accurate.
