just got 725 score in labyrinth easy mode, but didnt get the rewards (lv 4 embed chips, 10 gems, and hope bringer spirits)
or no one get the rewards if someone pass 700 score?

10 gems is a rare drop. As are the spirit plans (which do drop from the 700 and 800 score bosses). You should have gotten the lvl 4 chip right off the bat. Most of the "rare drops" come from beating high score bosses

You click the redeem button in the upper right corner of the labyrinth window, there are a variety of prizes to chose from but some cost more than others.

These are pretty good guidelines to follow except for the one about avoiding Teleports at all costs. Later in your Lab run this is true, but early on Teleports can be very useful by giving you an extra 5 score on top of the score of the tile you land on.

Also good to keep in mind is that the guess the number spots and 3 back tiles work well together. When you get a 3 back tile and can use it to resurrect a guess the number, the number will be the same as it was the first time meaning you can get an easy 30 score (this may change in the future with patches).
