Heaven Palace if u dont know what time to drop power i been told about 2.25 - 11 server time

any time before 11pm server time will be fine. To power down properly you actually have to claim the rank powered down and then no attacking or being attacked thereafter. You can gear up again after you have claimed the rank with no gear/heroes.

The real time would be at exactly at 2:25 on a Friday. When the center circle glows orange instead of yellow. You only have a 5 minute window to do this.
