Robbed of Gems and Leader Cards

I must say that I am greatly disappointed in the fact that after having spent so much money on this game, it feels the need to rob me of my awards. When I reached level 70, the leader card failed at 90%. I was irate, but I continued to play and support Tynon with my hard-earned money. Now, I have just reached level 80, and not only did I NOT receive the 80 gems I was supposed to get, but my Leader card FAILED AGAIN at 90%. I've worked much too hard to reach this point to be robbed like this. I have spent much money on gems (every week), but this was the last straw. Unless something can be done about this, I am through with Tynon and Tynon is through getting my money. You shouldn't bite the hand that feeds you. Ridiculous!
