Morale Bar does not fill

My leader hero (a blademaster) does not have his morale bar fill at all. Not when he attacks, not when he is attacked, and even with a morale rune it is still empty. He cannot use his driving blow skill attack without the morale bar filling up. Someone please help.

yes there a few players with the same issue i hope they get it fix soon thank you for your input about it.
