I and many other people have gotten billing to support to work from the main home page and gotten very very good results. Tynon does care about it customers and does their best to help us when things go wromg. They do not monitor the forums for account issues and fix them. The only way to get a problem with your account fixed is through billing support.
i'm one of them people too whom have gotten good response and help from tynon support via main page billing support...
Billingsupport seems not to work from the beta homepage or server though.

When the server went live Tynon explicitly stated that beta server is no longer supported. It will be only used as a testbed for new features
