NPC maria as hero in ranks

Been playing a few months and I have a few Toons, I was leveling them after the upgrade, and got to a point with kill the flamebringer. OK so I tried it a few times ans then i noticed a link in the guide thing that said rescue maria, so i did and it went through new screens. And when i looked into my hero in formation she was in there as a sixth toon

I was like kool six guys, but no i would go into battle she would be there but when the battle began she would disappear so i just used her to replace a toon and that worked she actually healed me enough to beat the flame bringer NPC then after i went to lexi and she said she was home and she was gone. but this char really made the game fun for one minute and it is what this game needs in my opinion we need a healer toon like maria
But the bummer is i have not been able to recreate this event in any of my other accounts and I'm stuck on the same monster. So has any one else had this event happen?

It's a bug and your're not actually supposed to have her in your team. Since a lot of players had found a way to 'recruit' Maria, Tynon changed the quest 'Rescue Maria' so that she never joined your team since this was the root of the exploit.

Hopefully someone from Tynon sees this and removes Maria from your line up.

well it was the best fight i had since i started , reminded me of what this game is all about

Khan will never die
Pompey will be the ultimate attacker
Heroic and quest bosses will become a joke
PvP winner is decided by who kills their opponent's Maria first

I hope a healer will never be a part of a player's formation

PVP winner is decided one way or another anyways
you will not add a hero you would be replacing one to use her, so your wrong things would even out
yes battles may last longer.

Even though the tread is closed, as it should be I what to stop new treads being opened asking for an explanation. It was removed on the latest patch since she was not supposed to be there at all.
