Perhaps your problem is playing multiple accounts on the same server...ToS violation. Other than that, clear the cache, clear flash memory, do a rain dance, ritually sacrifice a gerbil, and then click refresh while doing the hokey-pokey. If that doesn't work you're kind of SOL because I doubt CS will want to help you when you blatantly violated their ToS.Originally Posted by Lexus_Blade_7102939
I have several Toons on server 78 And I am unable to play any of them. I log in and as soon as it loads it freezes before Power shows and does nothing from then on. I kept one logged on over 9 hours checking periodically and it did not unfreeze. I have also done the browser refresh to no avail. I have emptied the browser cache. 2 of my toons are over level 50 and my highest toon is the Guild leader of #3 Guild on the server so abandoning the toons is not an option. I have tolerated the game lags with no complaints also the constant Gems disappearing issue. I also have an additional dozen toons on different servers that do the same thing after log in. I do have a new toon on server 78 that works correctly. This issue has been going on about a week now and is getting very old quickly. I need to take care of my guild.
