    I know that is true for veng and endurance.... I have my 6 reliabilities and was pretty sure the dex gave the same. According to the stats chart... it is the same...

    Are they different at level 1?.. or are you just saying that because it fits with what you think?

    Edit: can confirm for levels 8, 9, and 10
