Sure.

To start a new thread click on the section you wish to start your thread. General Discussion is basically a broad umbrella of Tynon, there's Hero Tavern for discussion on heroes, up to Story and Lore to discuss PvE and bosses.

Once you've picked your section click on the POST NEW THREAD button at the top. Create your thread title and then post your OP, think about what you want to ask or discuss with the community and please try to keep it within the forum rules.

I also lost 200 gems and it is really frustating!

Its not like we did anything wrong by purchasing credits for coins and reversed!

Not only did they fix it, but they refunded the 200 gems I lost in the mess.

And, My first spin in the Casino on my server was 1k Gems. Nice week for me lol

Since the bug has been fixed, I am closing the tread. If you lost Gems use the Support tab in the game Chat to open a ticket. Make sure you include the server and your game name in that server in the information provided. Be as specific as possible including the approximate date and server time when it happen. If you have any evidence, such as screen captures, attach it to the ticket.
