Maria Hit rates

Can anyone tell me about Maria and how to boost her hit rating and heal rating. My Maria dosnt seem to hit the right heros and her heal isn't as strong as some other people even though mine is similar or more power than theirs.
If someone can explain this id appreciate it.

Maria's heal rating is tied to her magic attack, so increase magic attack to improve that.

You probably already know but throwing a high level preciseness rune on her should help with the hit rating.
Though I have heard that there are other factors affecting hit rating.
