today i used some stars to upgrade my heros, i got one on my queen but it didnt save? she should have 7 but still only has 6? this happened to my rhize last week also, is there something wrong with the starring system? maybe it should be looked into and fixed because i would like to actually be able to upgrade my heros etc and not waste stars for no reason, and id also be curious to know if this is happening to anyone else?

Was there a world chat message that said that you got 7 stars on that hero?

If not, it was likely a display bug or sync error.

If there was, use the support feature (near the chat box where it says support, yeah click that), and file a ticket with a screenshot (if possible) and keep pestering them about until it is fixed.

If you think it was a display bug/sync error, report it to support anyways and see what happens.

Thanks Revan thats very helpful because i didnt see the server announcement on my screen and then after found out from a friend that support told him that if it doesnt get announced then you didnt get the star?(if it was 7th or over) this is quite confusing and i think there is something wrong with the staring system? i wonder if this has happened to anyone else.

It has, like I had mentioned in my above post it was probably a display bug or sync error that produced it.

I have a question regarding stars also..Last Nite I attempted to transfer stars from Calvin & Cianna to Lance....my Lance had 5 stars Calvin had 5 and cianna 6 yet none transfered and i ended up losing a star leaving me with just 4 on Lance

You will always lose a star or two on a transfer unless you pay gems for a perfect transfer. When you transfer, the hero you are transferring from will lose all their stars. The hero you transfer to, loses all the stars that it previously had and gains the number of stars that the hero you are transferring from had - 1(or 2 if you are a bit higher in star level).

So transferring from 2 separate heroes to a single hero is pointless unless you really didn't like the sanctification bonuses that the first transfer gave you.
