The title sums it up nicely. I've noticed three times over the last week a morale building hero (Genghis Khan twice, King Theseus once) having a skill attack get dodged and still gaining morale from it. It was not the ever-popular 'graphics glitch' as, with a true miss and no gain, Flavius would have returned the hero to a regular physical attack for a round.
Is this by design (hey champ, you tried, you gave it your best, you deserve morale!) or is this a glitch?
Their hero has over 130 starting morale, so they can still skill even after a Flavius strike.
Also if they have Herja, they get a morale refill as well.
It went like this:
Flavius attacks first, drains morale; front line hero on opposing side (Khan/King) skill attacks, attack is dodged, morale bar increases; yes, Herja increased it later but a little rough math with the star differential between the two and the opponent's starting morale (Endurance 11, no morale saints) says that as soon as Flavius lands his skill attack on round two, the morale hero will be doing a physical attack, even if for that round only - unless he's gaining morale from the dodge.
A morale building hero gains morale for every attack, regardless whether it hits or not.

I wasn't asking about regular physical attacks, Kaisim. I was asking specifically about skill attacks on heroes that build morale. Have a friend take preciseness off Genghis, throw a ton of dodge on a front line hero yourself and watch the results. Morale builders do appear to increase morale even when their skill attacks are dodged.
