    I see blue medals a lot all the time, including on Fridays. Purple medals are rare all the time, including on Fridays.

    I think the OP is talking about the Today's Fortune section of the Fair (on the right of the Fair screen). I've never seen medals show up there.

    I've seen purple medals show up and I bought them on Friday, but I don,t remember ever having a medal fortune, whether it be on Friday or any other day of the week. But maybe my memory is just bad, I don't really pay attention to the fortune.
