People, I live in Brazil and I don't have an International Credit Card, so I can't buy de begginers pack by PayPal unless anyone make me some carity and donate me $5.

that is a known problem and there is a reason why paypal is blocking certain countries like brazil, argentinina, malaysia, iran, etc... because of the raised fraud due to your laws and that people get away with it much easier. also i believe that because of the raised fraud rate paypal is blocking you and we are not able to send personal money into brazil.
you however could send a money order to paypal or use your debit card now to open the account but they would not accept it because your are from brazil.
i do believe that soliciting is not allowed on the forum and am trying to squeeze this in before this gets closed:

there is websites in brazil that offer paypal services for you and will handle the issues within brazil.
if you cant find any of those links try it thru other game sites like lineage2, guildwars, etc that post direct links for players from brazil to those websites.

As much as I understand your predicament please don't use the forum as a way of gaining volunteers for Paypal. It's always a bad idea to post personal details in public as all too often less scrupulous people browse them to scam you at a later date.

Ask any one you know in real life that have trustworthy connections to countries where Paypal operates. I'm afraid that's your best option for now.
