Stars on male Warrior class - Main hero

If you have a male-Warrior-class Main hero with 3 or more moons(stars), how long did it take? I have all but given up on putting stars on my Main-(Warrior class) male hero. I have been playing since March 2014 and can only get 2 moons on him. I check the top player with a male Warrior on my server and he only has 3. I check another server, and its top player with a Warrior has 1 moon. But, if you check the Blade Master and Archer -Main heroes, they have 5 or more. My wife started a Female Blade Master in May 2014 and has 6 moons. I see a Female Warrior with 5 moons. Is there a bias against the male Warrior class hero? It's making me sorry I picked the male Warrior! Am I missing a trick to getting moons on my guy? Thank you

It just varies, there is no bias. Keep feeding him medals.

I am similarly annoyed at my Bloodstorm, who refuses to go to 9 stars. I must have fed him more than 500 blue medals so far. All I can do is keep trying.

Each hero has a predetermined amount of medals to reach next star. You might have just gotten unlucky. I have 15 stars (6 moons) on my Male Warrior currently, so its not impossible.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to my post. I was really feeling down about my choice. But I have 15 purple stars that I will try on him today. Your 6 moons give me hope! Thank you
