Well i went onto the new game heroes charge to pm all the administrators there about sub loss and i looked at the daily new messages. That game looks like it growing big time with the amount of daily post I am afraid to say there is no way they are coming back here ever.This game is gone it looks like they have hit the jackpot with heroes charge a small company like ucool it must be taking all the staff they have to cope with it but i for sure after the way they have abdoned this will be going nowhere near it.
My 2nd sub has returned. I got a message in my Tynon mail that they fixed it. THANK YOU!!!

yeah but that didnt seem to work i went onto the new game heroes charge and sent a pm to all admin staff next day it was sorted.
I'm pretty upset with this answer. I'm glad that you got it resolved, but - reading the forums, etc. - I cannot install Bluestacks or other things on my PC just to get Heroes Charge to load JUST SO THAT I CAN post a Customer Support complaint that UCOOL is no longer listening to on this website.

Thats what i did and next day it was sorted.
Yes, after realizing I didn't need to be in the game to post on the Heroes Charge forums, I sent a PM to Ember, CorgiKing and Allen there. That was on Feb. 12th, 9 days ago; no answering PM, no fix.
