Disappearing runes

Not sure what happened....but was moving runes around and poof! lost level 7 resist.

i thought was just me but after taking inventory on my runes yesterday (friday) before Cerberus and then again last night after Baal i have realized i have lost and adept lvl 6, intenseness lvl 6, righteousness lvl 5, and advantage lvl 6.. I thought i was losing my memory but after keeping notes i am sure that my runes are vanishing into the mist. can we please get a reign on this issue Devs. I understand my runes are gone to never be given back but i would prefer to not lose anymore as the yellow is damn hard to get from the old geezer.. he like to give me mesa and cunning for some reason. Any way you can fix him so he at least gives me a fragment or triskellion rune? i mena really 60k and i get a mesa.. not kewl...

Same thing happened to me yesterday when I was moving my gems around, but refreshing the game seemed to fix the problem whenever they disappeared.
