F and G in guild warfare glitched

In Server Bow of Athena while doing guild warfare we couldnt take F or G even tho it showed us on the city and show us attacking the cities.
In the end we waited the 30 rounds on the cities and it cost us the cities and we arent the only guild it has happened too.

Guild Valkyrie also had this same issue with points E, F and G not showing npc fights. waited out the 30 rounds and no prize/rewards were given!

Guild Nightmare has this problem in the forest realm in bow of athena as well.

Blaze of Fire had glitched GW too. Never ended... just froze. Never announced the win, nor gave out rewards. Can you check this please?? TY We were in Water Realm.
