100 gems stake payout not completing correctly

Hi, from reading the forum, it is more than obvious that I am not the only one with the problem on the 100 gems stakes in the arena. 07032013 (2:39am): I won an arena battle, and moved up to 8th. It said that I had looted the players 100 gem stake in the arena. With only a few minutes left on the timer, vip5 winnings post automatically when timer hits 0, I watched the timer hit zero. There were no other attacks, and the gems posted as 0. The screen flashed and then I could not click anything. I refreshed the screen and found I was only paid 50 gems out of the 100. There were no messages in the arena standings saying someone else had attacked or looted. I tried to save the page, it saved blank, and then I tried to print the page and it showed black, nothing else.
Please help with this and correct my account.

When you loot a player's gems, you only get paid half. They get the remaining half.
